COVID-19 Update From 41 Lumber

Dear Customers,
We’ve missed you! We are excited for the restart of residential and commercial construction!
Starting on 5/7/2020 your local 41 Lumber location will be open to the public but we strongly encourage you to continue choosing curbside pickup and delivery.
41 Lumber is striving to take all the necessary precautions to take care of our team members, their families, and our community by limiting as much interpersonal contact as possible to control the spread of this virus, known as COVID-19 or Coronavirus. As Always, we will do our best to accommodate our customer’s needs.
What can you expect when you come to our stores?
In Showrooms
Our showrooms are now open to the public! Here are a few details on what you can expect:
1. All customers will be required to wear a mask or face covering for your safety and ours.
2. We have plexiglass partitions set up on our counters to promote social distancing for your safety and ours.
3. We have dedicated entry and exit doors for our customers to promote social distancing by directing the flow of traffic. Our team will let you know which door to use when exiting.
4. We are limiting the number of customers inside. The dedicated entry door will have a sign up indicating if it is safe to enter. Green = enter, Red = please be patient and wait until a Team Member gives you the ok to enter.
Store Pickup
We are able to offer store pickup! Here are a few details surrounding store pickup:

Pick Up is available at all 41 Lumber locations. Each location may vary slightly so please give your nearest location a call. We appreciate patience as we work to be flexible and meet our customers’ needs during this temporary transition.
If paying with a credit card, paying over the phone would be preferred.
Depending on the size of the order, our team will let you know when the order will be ready once it is placed. We will do our best to support small, on demand deliveries too.
Local Delivery
We will continue to offer local delivery! Here are a few details surrounding our local delivery service:
Our delivery services will remain in place. The only change is that we are not doing any "in home" delivery. We will deliver materials to job sites and drop outside or will put it inside a garage.
If paying with a credit card, please call ahead to pay over the phone
Depending on the size of the order, our team will let you know when the order will be ready once it is placed. We will do our best to support small, on demand deliveries too.
